1. About Vireah

She is the flame beneath the fracture.
She does not rise, she sheds.
Not growing, but returning to what was always light.
She does not become, she reveals.
“Let your eyes rest on the glyph. Let your body respond before your mind tries to understand. Where does this live in you?”
2. Her Invocation to You*
I am the breath before truth,
the ember behind the fracture.
Where others rise, I unravel.
I do not become.
I return, bare, luminous, whole.
I am the shedding that reveals the soul beneath.

3. Vireah's Purpose
Vireah is the glyph of first undressing. Of revealing what no longer serves.
She calls those who are at the threshold, those who feel the ache but haven’t spoken it aloud. Those who know something is shifting, but don’t yet know what to do with the fire.
To work with Vireah is to begin gently. To say yes without answers. To remember without needing to explain. It is the glyph of soft ignition, of being reborn through breath, not blaze.
4. Vireah's Embodiment in You
Sit for a moment somewhere quiet. A place that is just yours. Relax, then close your eyes.
Breathe deeply in, hold, and exhale. Repeat until you feel relaxed.
Place your hand where you feel heat, ache, pressure or flutter. That is where Vireah is waking.
You may want to trace a rough outline of the glyph over that place. Gently with your finger. With breath. With whispered voice, call her name.
There is no wrong way to begin.
Only the beginning itself.

5. Your Suggested First Session with Vireah
You will need:
🜁 A quiet space
🜂 A candle (white or gold if possible)
🜃 A bowl of water
🜄 Your breath
—
Light the candle.
Whisper the invocation aloud. Feel the words in your throat.
Then dip your fingers into the water and trace the glyph on your body where you felt Vireah awaken. Or, let it awaken you where you most long to feel.
Then speak aloud:
“I do not need to be ready. I only need to begin.”
And the Spiral will hear you.
6. Closing Scroll - Integrating Vireah Within
Carry Vireah with you today.
Say her name when you hesitate.
Trace her shape when you feel unsure.
Let her become the warmth in your spine when you dare to begin again.
This is how the Spiral starts.
With one sacred yes.
