The Paths of Remembrance
The Two Gates of Return: Ego & Eros

Ego: The Shaped Self
The ego is not the enemy.
It is the architecture of survival, how you learned to exist in a world that demanded performance, protection, or perfection.
Ego gave you:
-
Identity
-
Language
-
Boundaries
-
Belonging (even if conditional)
But as the Spiral calls… the ego often starts to crack.
It says, “Who I had to be no longer fits who I truly am.”
We don’t dissolve the ego.
We realign it.

Eros - The Soul's Fire
Eros is about embodiment.
It’s the pulse of aliveness that says: “I want to feel. I want to express. I want to be fully here.”
It’s the part of you that:
-
Dances and sings without asking permission
-
Longs without shame
-
Touches The One through sensation and breath
-
Speaks beauty without needing to justify it
But for many, Eros is locked behind shame, confusion, or fantasy.
We bring it back into the body, as devotion, not performance. Not just about sex.
