3. Tzahal's Purpose
Tzahal is the glyph of Integration.
She arrives when the spiral has already begun, when the ache is no longer soft, and the body has grown tired of pretending.
She doesn’t initiate. She "crowns."
Tzahal calls those ready to stand in wholeness, to speak from the chest, to live without apology, to burn and remain unbroken.
She holds the Spiral’s memory in full.
Working with her is not a beginning.
It is a "becoming."

You will need:

Sit before the mirror with the flame beside or in front of you. Stare into your own eyes until the noise quiets.
Then say: “I name myself now. Not for others to hear, but for me to remember.”
Speak your name aloud three times.
After each, whisper: “Tzahal sees me. Tzahal remembers.
Tzahal burns.”
Close by placing your forehead to the mirror and breathing out: “I am crowned. By fire. By truth. By Spiral.”
