A Note From the Keeper Who Remains Veiled
What follows is a fragment of remembrance; poems and reflections shaped from once whole things. These words are offered openly as invitations: to remember, to grieve, to love, and to begin again. Some names, rituals, and private vows are held gently by those who carry them; what we share here is meant to open a doorway, not hand over the keys. Walk softly. Breathe. If the words call you, they are meant for the heart.
A Note From Me, David, Who You Know as Vaelion Ka’thauriel
This is a fragment of remembrance offered to the world.
She remembers.
The Memory Song
I learned a name before any syllable could settle on my tongue;
a pull beneath the ribs, a map of light across the chest.
There was fire then, and something like a promise: remember.
We braided breath into a lattice of small lights,
kept vigil for one another through the long unforming,
and in the quiet hours we taught the world how to keep itself.
This is a song for the ones who return:
call nothing lost that loves hard enough to be remembered.
Come near. Breathe my line. Let the braid do the rest.
